Best Spa in Plano!!! great customer service! 6/12/2006

I have been looking high and low for a spa where I can relax and get away for awhile. This is the only spa in this area where I can do that and leave refreshed. It's clean, the staff is super friendly and the massages are the best in town. Hint for earlier reviewer: if you don't like the pressure in a massage, tell them so they can fix it!! Pros: lots of close, shaded parking; very peaceful environment Cons: none more

Cool Old House, But Lousy Service. 6/9/2006

I've been there twice, wanting to give them a fair chance because I love the old house concept. My first time, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time for the therapist and the massage was very light even though I had paid extra for a deep tissue massage. The second time my massage therapist never even showed up! They asked me if I could wait 25 minutes for the next available therapist, so I did. She acted very put out when they told her she had another client and griped about the other therapist not showing up during my massage! They pressure you to buy stuff before you leave too. TOTAL RIP OFF! 6/4/2006

I was so disappointed with my experience. I planned a special day for myself and spent $35 for manicure and $75 for pedicure with hot rock massage. I get both 100% better at my normal place which is $15 & $25. My hands and feet didn't even look like they had been done. I had to go home & get all the dead skin off my feet myself. The massages on hands & feet were pitaful at best and the $10 extra for hot rock lasted maybe 5 minutes. No spa pedicure chairs or massage chairs---it is alot of fluff---DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY---YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED. I JUST WISHED I HAD ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I AM SICK OVER THE WHOLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Cons: EXPENSIVE, WASTE OF MONEY, POOR TREATMENTS more
