Silvana's

I brought in a photo of the color I wanted my hair. I was very dissapointed on how it turned out and at $150 I shouldnt leave feeling unhappy. Well, the stylist was willing to work with me and add more highlights. While we were scheduling a follow up appointment the owner stepped in and said we can set up another appointment but at your expense. I told her that I didnt get what I asked for. She needs to fix it or I am not paying. Instead of just working with me, she would rather call 911 becuase I was STEALING from her!!! Are you kidding!!! 911 is for emergencies lady! We went back and forth and she wouldnt budge. She said give me a $100 cash and never come back. She was very unstable, demeaning and a huge bully. I had to get back to work, I unwillingly paid and left in tears. I recieved a call later from the police stating I was not welcome back at the salon. I have been to this salon for a few years without issue. I cannot believe I was treated like this. The owner was unsympathethic and a bully. I dont know how she keeps her clients or stays in business. This is not how I expected my few hours of pampering to be! I was not looking for a free ride. I was just really unhappy and didnt feel I should leave the salon without a plan to fix my hair first. more

I have gone here for an eyebrow wax and a manicure. Silvana's also offers hair and spa treatments. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. I liked that the eyebrow technician asked me if I liked my brows full/natural or thin. They came out very nicely and just as I had requested. My nails came out very nicely. The nail technician gave me a perfect french manicure. I will definitely consider going back. more

I received a massage gift certificate for a birthday and had a wonderful experience. Silvana's is a full service salon that offers hair, nails and spa treatments. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and my massage therapist made me feel extremely comfortable. She asked where I would like her to concentrate on and I nearly fell asleep with the soft music in the background and dimmed lights. Definately a spot to go if you want to be pampered! more
