They are a great gym in terms of what they offer re: fitness classes, weights, tons of cardio machines, a separate women's fitness area, day care, ab and stretching area, etc. However they tend to try to upsell you into long term contracts and the gym is definately a place to be seen especially if you're from Bristol.

West end has the best cheese pizza in Bristol, not too greasy like a lot of other places make it. The parking and that part of town is not the best in the world, but we usuallyl do take out anyways....

Now THIS place is the best for Mexican food! They have a mariachi band during dinner time serenading you at your table, a buy one get one free lunch option and the best enchiladas IN THE WORLD! Also, their chips and salsa that they serve complimentary are the best. I always buy some to take home. I think this is the best Mexican in the area!

I'm glad Bristol has a great place like Panera which is more upscale and a better atmosphere than a subway or quiznos. A great meeting place for business or leisure with friends. Soups are out of this word (especially when lobster bisque is available) and I love their panini sandwiches! Chicken ceasar salads are also delicious--highly recommended!

This is a good local tex-mex eatery. They have great frozen margaritas; my favorite is strawberry. I enjoyed their quesadillas, but my husband got a sandwich that was just ok. It is a family dining area with a separate room where the bar is. The service is fair to good and we eat here every once in a while. Food is reasonably priced.

They have a separate seating area for hibachi and the food is cooked right at your table which is lots of fun. Dinner is somewhat pricy, but a good value for a late lunch (before 3) during the week and on Saturdays.

Basically a fast food place, staff are younger, place is somewhat clean. Not a place to go for ambience, but a good foot long hot dog at a cheap price.

Cottage Restaurant is a great place to celebrate a special occasion. You will feel comfortable in both jeans and dressed up. Their menu is excellent and changes seasonally. I had the pumpkin lasagna last fall which was amazing! Every Tuesday through Thursday they have a three course dinner special with soup, salad and dessert. Highly recommended!

This is an older bowling alley that is a fun place for an alternative to dinner and a movie. This is typical bowling with the larger balls. The lanes seem to be in good shape. Good food if you want to have a bite to eat. The shoes are your typical bowling shoes which I never think highly of. It was dead when we went on a Sunday, but probably has leagues and is busier on the weekend evenings.
