Dr. Saforo was unbelievably rude, along with her snooty medical assistant. The office was not clean at all, the room that I was checked into wasn't clean from the previous patient and the MA had to clean it in front of me. The medical assistant was rude and wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to tell her. She interrupted me three times within the 5 minute conversation we had discussing what I was needing to be seen for. And she was SMACKING her gum, to me that it not only disgusting but it's unprofessional. Whenever Dr. Saforo came into the room she seemed like she was in a rush, like I was wasting her time.
Dr. Saforo asked me questions as being a new patient to her practice, and yet again - I was interrupted and not allowed to finish. Throughout the procedure Saforo did not explain anything she was doing, didn't tell me why she was doing these procedures. I wouldn't even give her a star because she was so terrible. She won't refer me to another doctor that will actually do her job because ""you don't need to see anyone else.""
Now, does that sound like someone who should be your primary care? I'm looking up more information on my next PCM because of how awful she was.
