Suft Bowl is a very cool bowling alley. They offer very good prices, and they have great hours. On certain days, they have very cheap bowling... it could be a very cheap night with a bunch of your friends if you go at the right time. It's a fun time and a great bowling alley. I highly recommend!

I've been to a majority of the missions in California, but the san luis rey mission is my favorite. Its huge! There is a lot to see at the mission, and you could spend hours just wandering through the grounds. The mission itself is rather spectacular and is the largest mission (from what I can recall) in all of California. Its not in the middle of a busy city, so you really feel you're in the middle of "nowhere." I highly recommend this mission if you're doing a tour of California or a tour of the missions.

I've been looking all over for an O'Neill Psycho II 3/2 wetsuit and finally found it at Surf Ride, except they didn't have my size... or at least that's what I thought.
One of their employees called over to their other store to see if they had it... and they did! Within the same day they already had it transferred down to their Solana Beach store, where I was at. I got it so quick, I was still able to hit up the evening session!
PROS: Great Customer Service!
CONS: Wish they were open 24/7

We purchased 2 bikes here. The staff is wonderful. There prices are also fantastic. And the quality of bikes and cruisers is top of the line. No hassle shopping, nobody there is forcing you into something, and they are not on commission. They help you find the bike you want but suggest bikesthat may be better, and they are not ones that cost anymore than what you were looking at. They set up your bike before you take it home to make sure height is good, they inspect every bike before it leaves store and because we did not have a truck, one of the workers brought our bikes to our house after he got out of work for free. If you need or want a bike of ANY kind..check out Alans Family Bike Shop!!

I love this place. The service is great. The selection is tremendous and the speed of special orders is very fast. I ordered a uniform and got it that same evening. Every year they have a tent sale with great bargains and lots of stuff. I love how they carry the local schools stuff too. Its a very friendly place and has great prices.

This local branch of the YMCA is a great place. It is a pretty new location and they offer many great activities for the family. They have a large pool with slides for the children. They offer swim lessons, aerobics and just open swimming where you can go swim with your friends or family. This is a large location, one of the best in the area. They even offer child care during the week when you want to go exercise but have small children. If you are looking for a YMCA to join in the area, this is definitely one of the best. I love bringing my daughter here.

This store has a great selection of new and used sporting equipment, most of it though being used. You can come here to buy and sell any type of sporting equipment. I came here once to look into buying some used golf clubs. We told the clerk the situation and that we really only needed them for one day and he was kind enough to actually let us rent them. The price was great and he even threw in some balls and tees. If I ever need to get more sporting equipment and don't want to pay full price, I will come here.
