I was a bit nervous about getting my first tat back in Jan of 2004, but after researching, my sister and I settled on Sacred Grounds. They're health certs were up to date, the facility was spotless, new needles used the 3 times I went in for ink, and a professional staff. Adam was my artist at the time and took my ideas and created my design. The end result was truly remarkable. 8 years later, the color and line work is just as vivid as the day I had the work done. My sister's tattoo, done by Adam as well, has also stood up quite well. I highly recommend if you are looking for ink, head to Scared Grounds in Bradenton. Ask for Adam, you will not be disappointed with his work! I look forward to visiting again and having more work done the next time I'm down in Sarasota. more

Sacred Ground pierced me incorrectly and refused to stand behind thier work. I wanted an industial piercing in my ear. Sacred Grounds said I had to get two rings placed separately then come back when it was healed and they would put the bar in. So I had them do the two separate rings, waited for it to heal, and went back to have the industial placed. they told me I had been pierced at the wrong angle and it was not possible to place the industial. I told them I had come there for the original piercings. They didn't have much to say except they would repierce it at the correct angle. I said no thanks, please return my money for the incorrect peircing and I would go elsewere. They refused to return my money. I will never ever use this tattoo shop again and want to let everyone know of the very poor workmanship and refusing to stand behind thier work. more
