I've been a member for nearly 9 months and I can not find anything I don't like about this company. If I have a problem I can ask for help, if something is broken, they fix it...and best of all I'm seeing results through a personal trainer. I was skeptical at first, but using a trainer was a great way to boost my motivation and get me in the right direction. I use her a little or as much I want and its not that expensive!!!!!!!!!!! Once I quit making excuses why I COULDN'T and realized I COULD, I have lost 30ilbs and counting!
Basically, what I'm saying is, why not try it out? What do you have to lose? Weight?

If you are looking for a gym with no nonsense workouts this is the place for you. They do not mess around here. This is serious weight lifting. Most of the guys who go here are serious and they do competitions all over the world. They also do bodyguarding and things like that. Just go in and take a look around to see all the stuff they have. Between awards and pictures it is a great place to lift.

After I come here and leave I feel 110% better. I have gone here for years. I had a really bad car accident and they took care of me. They took all the necessary x rays and did all sorts of tests. They also took the time to help with the insurance paper work. I always feel so welcome here in this office. Thanks guys.

My entire family has been going to Tangles for years. Sherry has been cutting our hair forever and always does a great job. She knows what style works of each individual and takes suggestions for her customer. He also cuts my son's hair and he is very difficult to manage. She is the best! All of the stylist in the salon are great and it has a great atmosphere

Great personal training
This is one person who knows what she is doing when she trains you. Sometimes you can go to a trainer and not feel the workout with Trisha you feel the workout. She is very professional and someone that you can feel comfortable with. I highly recommend this personal trainer. Super I have strenghtened myself so much. And she works well with me considering I have a shoulder that was hurt in a car accident. Plus she isnt expensive like some gyms or private trainers.

I got a gift certificate to come here and I could have stayed the week. I felt like I was in Heaven. I had the best massage I have ever had. I will definately be going back here. Plus I got a lot for the gift certificate. I will be purchasing Christmas and Birthday presents here! If you want to feel good come here. You will feel skinsational!

I enjoy working out at Lifestyle Family Fitness. The trainers and other staff members are friendly and helpful. The equipment always seems to be upgraded and kept up to date. This gym is wonderful for the whole family. They have a great childcare facility with a lot of toys for the kids to play with. It is getting better now that Lifestlye Family Fitness has bought it.

The Spotted Dog was an excellent fitness place. I went there for some time while I did Capoeira. Eric and all of the staff are wonderful. The Spotted Dog on Manatee Avenue sadly last time I hear and read on the website, will be closing. It's a shame to see such a nice place go. I believe the Spotted Dog in Palmetto will still be open however.

This is a great program for women, it really does build muscle while eliminating fat on the body. It is a low impact workout that incorporates aerobics and the machine workouts. This particular Curves offers one of the biggest floor spaces around, great open ceilings, with twice the space between stations than other Curves I've seen. They have a tanning bed, and some great deals on their program. Family owned and operated.
PROS: great workout
CONS: limited hours

Wow! A gift certificate for a couples massage used for our anniversary turned out to be an awesome experience. Ah...the ambiance of soft lighting, relaxing music, padded and heated tables, and flowing fountain in the background sending us into bliss right from the moment we felt the first touch from some very caring attentive. and capable therapists. We will return again and again! We recommend this Spa for anyone who wants quality service and loves being thoroughly de-stressed and relaxed!
