As a new resident to the area I was looking for a reliable eye doctor in order to establish a relationahip. This doctor and staff had very good reviews and I called to make an appointment.
However, upon my arrival I was met with incompetent, unhelpful, and uneducated staff as it pertains to insurance policies and coverage. After scheduling time off from work and verifying via a phoneconversation 2 weeks prior to the appointment I was informed upon arrival that my insurance was not accepted by this office.
When I questioned three of the staff they looked blankly at me as if they did not know what to do or what resources they could offer me. I left without seeing the doctor thus wasting time off from my employer to seek another professional.
