I had an excellent experience using Roto-Rooter for a clogged drain. I called early in the morning and they had a plumber out within a few hours and provide me a courtesy call before he arrived. Bob (the plumber) arrived on time, he was friendly and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed my options fully and had the right equipment to fix the problem. The job was done quickly and cleanly. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter again for any plumbing issues and will gladly recommend them to any one looking for a plumber.
