Douglasville Books has been around for about maybe 20 years. In that time they have done new books, used books, trades, and everything in between. I never remember a time in my life when they had anything less than a friendly and knowledgeable staff.. even when I was an obnoxious pre-teen clamouring for the latest Sweet Vally High book. I was afraid when the mall came in it would hurt them but they seem to still be thriving.. and well deserved if I may offer my humble opinion.

Hancock fabrics is a large store that is staffed by the friendliest, most helpful ladies I've known. They carry every variety of fabric imaginable and most notions. They have a 'foam' room which has all types of foam for crafts. They also have a large knitting and needlework area and offer instruction. They carry a reasonable variety of household decorating ideas and craft supplies and books.

I was so happy to get help as soon as I walked into the store.Ladies this is the place to be especially if you are wearing to wrong bra size you have nothing to loose because the measurment is for free.They also have awesome deals on lotions,makeup and even lingere.Men your welcome to come in also even if your having a hard time trying to find that perfect gift for that special someone why not get her a gift card.That way she can pick out what she like vice versa.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings at this sales and have been very pleased. The service here is great. They have cleaned and inspected my rings many times free of charge. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgable. We have gone in several times since looking for additional jewelry and they are happy for you to try on anything in the store.

This is the best place to get everything you need for your spiritual beliefs, including books, music, stationary, study material, and lots of stuff for kids. Their prices are pretty reasonable on most everything, but they have good sales too. Of course the employees are the nicest people and are always willing to help you find whatever you're looking for. I enjoy going to this store and just seem to feel better when I walk out the door! A++
