I would not hesitate to recommend Rosner Chevrolet to anyone I know for sales, service, or any other reason. Jeff was super in aiding our problem. He does a wonderful job.

Couldn't be happier!!!!!! 4/23/2012

From the time I called Rosner Chevrolet to the time I drove off in My new Malibu, I could not be happier. My salesman Hanz was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain all the features and the differences in each model-Your office personnel and sales people were wonderful. You all went the extra mile to make my purchase a most pleasant experience. I love my car. I have been stopped in parking lots and told what a great looking vehicle - where did you get it - how much was it - are you happy with the way it drives and my answer is YES, YES YES YES YESSSSSSS! Impressive dealership 3/28/2012

Without letting Rosner know while we were shopping, we were sufficiently impressed with their dealership that we wanted to purchase our vehicle through them even if we were aware that a lower price might be available from another dealership or brand. I can't tell you exactly the reason(s), but we were attracted to their dealership from our very first visit. We were treated kindly and fairly and felt respected and reasonable. We never felt any pressure to abandon our search for the vehicle that we believed would meet our needs and be affordable within our financial capability, nor to meet a drop-dead date for price or availability more

We went to Rosner with a specific truck in mind. Our Sales Representative quickly located the exact model and gave us a great deal. Everyone was so wonderful and seemed geniunely happy when we received the perfect truck. more

Although I have a Chevy dealership closer to where I reside, I opted to conduct business with Rosner based on the superb customer service I received, straight-forward business practices, and flexibility regarding my needs. My service advisor Bobby Sterrnberg did an amazing job/and his knowledge and level of customer service is beyond expectations. His approach to customers and his competency is remarkable. I'd like to extend thanks to the manager Jeff, who is outstanding at his job and so pleasant, skilled and treats customers with the highest respect. Dan Perry was the sales consultant. His interest in making this a positive experience was more important than anything to him. He clearly was concerned about our satisfaction even if it meant we went home without a purchase. His attitude was awesome and if I buy another vehicle I would ask for him specifically. more
