Impressive customer service 4/26/2012

I was very impressed with there honesty and trust they had in me as the consumer. They went out of there way to make my Wife and I very satisfied with both the car and they way we were treated. On a scale of one to ten I would give them an eleven. I'm looking forward to my next purchase with Rosner Chevrolet more

No messing around 3/8/2012

Rosner was great when I pre-order my 2010 Camaro. I didn't get messed around with like I heard other dealers did to customers. I got the 3rd Camaro from there. They could have sold it for more I'm sure, because there were 100s in the area trying to get them first. Since then, their service has been awesome. Their employees from salesmen to service are great there. I'll use them for my Camaro as long as I have it. more

Fair deal 1/19/2012

Received great service and patient answers to our questions about technical and gadget features, Brian Swaney went out of his way to show us features we had not thought of and how to use them. Managers were helpful and we feel we got a fair deal on the vehicle and trade. more

From the time I called Rosner Chevrolet to the time I drove off in My new Malibu, I could not be happier. My salesman Hanz was very knowlegeable, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain all the features and the differences in each model-Your office personnel and sales people were wonderful. You all went the extra mile to make my purchase a most pleasant experience. I love my car. I have been stopped in parking lots and told what a great looking vehicle - where did you get it - how much was it - are you happy with the way it drives and my answer is YES, YES YES YES YESSSSSSS! Thank you all again! more

I always have fun buying cars. The time of day (late not many customers) and the group of sales folks at Rosner seemed to be having fun too. Sure it's a business deal and all attention to detail was made, but at the same time buying a fun car should BE FUN. Rosner made it a pleasure! more

Hit or miss... 7/31/2005

Sometimes, leaving this dealership can leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. However if you go in with a bit of knowledge, and let them know you won't be taken, it's not impossible to get a good deal. They gave us a good price on our trade, and a very good price on our new car. They secured financing for us, in a situation which most places would have just sent us on our way. They were very generous with a warranty, and I always get quick service on my car there. more
