hi, to anyone outthere that is looking for justice, please join me in my quest agains ROMANOS JEWELERS. they ripped me off when i bought a ring and try to returned to them and they refused. they convinced me that i was signing up for an account with one balance and i ended up with two different bills, two different accounts. i really encourage people to file a complaint with the LA District Attorney, by doing so, we can all benefit from it. Please contact me as i am currently filed against ROMANOS in the Glendale Court. Your input and help will be appreciated by everyone reading this review.DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS GO TO THIS STORE as they will get ripped off. The BBB definetely gave this store a F rating. Zero stars is not an option so I have to give one. This is a Bad Business. Stay away! I bought my husband a wedding band from this jeweler and it shattered! It was a tungsten ring which is supposed to be very strong and the reason I chose it for him. He wasn't doing anything strenuous and when he looked down the ring was in pieces. This was heartbreaking considering we have only been married for about 4 months. We took the pieces back to this jeweler and they said tungsten shatters. They only offered $100 store credit towards the same bad quality ring. They had no sympathy at all and didn't care to try to correct the problem. Stay away! more

This place seemed like a dream come true with thier sales and all when I amd my huhsband we getting married.\r I bought on a payment plan to hopefully rebuld a little credit since mine was bad.\r I paid every payment on time and used auto pay.\r \r I noticed the last payment never came out, so i called and was told that my account was paid in full.\r Two weeks later i get a call saying i owed over $60 on a $25 payment that they claim i never paid!!\r \r They also claimed that I never paid my cash payment made in August and as of now I still owe them $42 that I shouldn't owe and have to ""Pay Up"" to avoid a report on my Credit.\r \r DON""T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The Btr Bsns Breau rates this company as ""F: We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."" Watch out for their sales tactics esp. when signing up for financing. They use GE Money Bank and they are notorious for horrible business practices. Do your research and you'll discover what I did. Google both GE Money Bank and Romano's and you'll see other's experiences (there are actually fake positive ""reviews"" for Romano's as well) There seems to be a trend of preying on the elderly and people of ethnicity.
