I was tossing and turning over the issue with my Acura Legend. I went to Pep Boys and waited for 5 hours for them to figure out what the problem was. I left after they stated that it would be hard to get the part on a Saturday. They stated that the labor involved would be $74.00 and that they would call me when they got a price on the part. They NEVER called me back. I went back about 2 weeks later, all the paperwork was gone. I reminded the guy of the situation and he called the dealer while I stood there. The dealer quoted him a price and he wrote it on a pad. He then did something in the computer and then told me that the part would be $100.00 MORE than what he wrote on the pad! He then told me that labor would be $150.00 on top of that! I was APPALLED. He was scamming me right in front of my eyes. I walked out.
I couldn't sleep, my speedometer was tweeking up to 110MPH and then it would go to "0". I stayed on line and finally came up with Honcuras. I called and he was very nice, quoted me a GREAT price and calmed me down about the seriousness of the issue. I made an appointment for the next morning. I arrived to find a very kind, gentleman whose mission seemed to be to "TAKE CARE OF OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM TAKE CARE OF YOU!" I was and still am amazed. An hour later, and my car was perfect again. Thank you Stanley!

I bought my first car from Colonial Honda 5 years ago, and have been servicing it at this dealer since the first service. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and excellent! I just bought a second car with my husband, and we couldnt be happier! Colonial Honda is the best for its friendly customer service and convenience! I will always continue to purchase my Honda's from Colonial and getting my cars serviced at their excellent service department!

I cant complain. Got me an amazing deal ( beat every dealer by 100 bucks) and got me the right car delivered on time as said.
Once it was time for service, it was instant, quick, and helpful.
Yes, its a brand new car and first maybe 2nd production and has issues, but thats BMW's fault not Pacific.
And pacific has known the problems and how to fix them as i drove up. (other dealers had many issues-BH BMW)

Nice, friendly staff that loves motorcycles and doesn't just sell them - they'll take the time to show you what you ask even if you're not ready to buy. They really went out of their way to give me an excellent customer experience and made me want to come back again. After visiting several dealerships, I bought my Buell from these guys, and would do so again for my next bike.
Pros: nice, knowledgeable staff
Cons: makes you spend too much money!

I've been bringing my Jetta to New Century VW for 3 years now for all my service needs. They are so nice and so helpful. They make you feel like they are truly looking out for your best interests. Whether just for an oil change or something more serious, they always have my car done on-time as promised. I didn't buy my VW here, but I certainly will next time around.

I have been taking my 2 vehicles to Jan and Jeff at Big O Tires in Glendale since 2004, for both minor and major work. I have always been treated courteously, and have always received professional service. I have not experienced any problems with work done in their shop. All of my questions/concerns were answered professionally, with choices offered, and pros and cons regarding each of the choices. Without going into detail, they have gone the extra mile for me on a few occasions also. I recommend Big O Tires in Glendale to everyone.

All right, so they're just Mazdas. But if you want a Mazda, this is the place to go. The service is very good -- though I felt as if I might have been treated a little better had I been with an older man -- and they offer very reasonable trade-ins on used vehicles. They will try to upsell you -- and no Mazda needs a spoiler -- but they'll also help you find exactly what you're looking for. There service waiting room is all right, too: Get there early, and they'lll give you donuts while you wait for the free shuttle to drive you to work.
