Roman Hair Salon

So, I do not like trying new places when it comes to hair. However, I wanted an extreme color change and my regular salon has Korean hairdressers and because of past experience, they didn't have extreme hair color dyes. This salon likes the ""natural"" look. With my own discretion and reviews for Roman Hair Salon on Citysearch, I just went with my ""heart"". Boy, I am pleased with the decision. I am very happy with my hair. I had dark brown hair and now it's electric orange! It was drastic, but the process was fast and David, my hair dresser was friendly and funny. I would say that one con was that my roots came out brighter than the rest of my hair...hopefully after a few washes the color will all even out. Roman, the owner was personable and funny! Overall, clean salon, friendly staff, and fast service. I definitely recommend coloring your hair here. more

having moved from california, leaving my long time hairdresser it has been difficult. today i had my hair cut, highlighted and styled, and i love it! roman was my stylist today and she is awesome! freindly, takes the time to really listen to what you want and does it. the entire staff was freindly and warm. pricing is affordable and the quality outstanding. not a glitzy salon, but very clean and professional.. i no longer have to figure out who to try next. i found the salon and hairdresser for me. i highly recommend this salon for anyone. more

Roman Hair Salon is my salon of choice when it comes to getting quality hair cut and service in the Dallas / Carrolton area. The owner, Roman, and her staff are very friendly and professional. Her prices are also very competitive, and my overall satisfaction has always been high. I had tried out a number of hair salons in the area, but after discovering Roman's I knew I had to look no more. I recommend her salon wholeheartedly to everybody from kids to seniors. more

We purchased a table and chairs last year. After 6 months we noticed the finish was connimg off in several places. We contacted a Jones sales person about the problem, they told us that they would get back to us. They didn't. We followed up with them 2 months later. Travis Jones finally called us back. He wanted us to email him photos of the table. After he recieved the photos he called us back saying the table wasnt in warrenty anymore and they would not replace the table. I explained that I wasn't trying to get a new table, just someone to repair it. Travis Jones(the owner) said that would cost him 80.00 and that was unreasonable for him to have to pay for that. I explained that the warranty is still in affect since I had not had the table a year yet. He stated that the manufactors warrenty it for 1 year after they receive the table. He then stated that they had the table in their inventory an year before I bought it. So the warranty had expired before I bought it. I would not of bought it if they would of told me it had no warranty. Travis Jones said the table was on clearance so I shouldn't be upset that there is no warranty. If anyone reads this and still buys furniature from they you are not very bright. With business practices like that they should go out of business. Pros: None that I see Cons: Wont give any warrenty. more
