If you rent here and or buy here your in for a surprise friendly at first then Bam!! mgt and American family community are dishonest, corrupt ,and misleading. threatening,distrusting,they will not post your payments on time,and mail you letters and charge you fees for each letter,if you complain they give you the run around and or not return your calls and make up type of excuses then will not let you speak to anyone at a higher level above mgt and those above them.they are good about loosing and or misplacing payments, also good about making you pay for other people home repairs by raising rent the most expensive place to live lot rental has increased 3 times in 1to 1 1/2 year been there over 20 years and never had this much trouble with American family community. very bad business will not recommend anyone to move there.
