I went to get my hair cut yesterday before my vacation. It started out extremely long with dead ends. I needed my ends trimmed and some long layers put back in my hair. When I told her I was going on vacation she started talking and never asked me what I wanted done with my hair. She just started cutting! I had to interrupt her several times to explain what I wanted done. I also told her that I had somewhere to be immediately afterwords and needed a style as well. I received no style, a cute cut in the front and a female rat-tail in the back as it got longer towards the center of my back. It wasn't even! I was charged, however, for both a cut and a style. I called when I got home to complain and was told if I came back she would fix it. I had one day before I left on vacation and had to give up my lunch to get my hair fixed. Meanwhile going to work with my terrible cut! I returned the next day, told her I liked the front, just needed the back to match it. I also told her I had to go back to work and needed a style this time. She was obviously upset with me. I now have shoulder-length straight around hair, she did not style my hair the second time either! So while I sit and cry for the next six months until my hair grows back I decided to save everyone the hassle of being butchered. If you want this type of haircut, go outside and turn on the lawn mower - it will turn out better. Two trips, two cuts and I haven't stopped crying since.
Pros: Good location. Able to take walk-ins.
Cons: Unskilled staff. Bad haircuts.
