I ordered BBQ steak tips with fries, salad and Ranch dressing. I ordered at 11:15am and received a delivery time of 12:10 - 12:20pm. Not only was the delivery LATE, but I got cold, plain steak tips instead of BBQ and no Ranch dressing. I called to complain at 12:30pm and I was given a hard time because I called to complain. I was given another meal (BBQ tips the way I originally ordered) along with another salad with Ranch dressing. The second delivery was delivered by 1:05pm (much quicker than the first order.) I wouldn't be so upset, but the restaurant was only 1.1 miles away from my job site for delivery. .I will NEVER order from this place again!
