Plumbline Services has an Asset in Doug H. (Plumbing) 6/4/2011

Please also see my review for Andy F. (HVAC) and Heath P. (Electrical), where Doug is referred to. I had some jobs I had thought would need attention, however Doug H. clearly had too much integrity to perform work that was not necessary. Doug clearly explained the options and trade-offs to me and as a result I saved a lot of labor. What resulted though is what I expect to be the beginning of a professional relationship where I now have confidence in Doug's opinion. I will ask for him in the future. Employees like Doug create a win-win situation for Plumbline Services, the technician, and the customer! more

I have been loyal to Plumbline Services for over 10 years and have had few issues or concerns. When a technician stands out as really taking pride in their work and is honest with a not-so-much-of-an-expert homeowner like myself, I feel their integrity should indeed be noted. This world is, usually understandably, not a place of trust (unfortunately), however thank goodness there are professionals out there who consistently do right by customers. Andy F. (HVAC), Heath P. (Electrical), and Doug H. (Plumbing) are currently on the top of my list and will be requested for further jobs. I believe honest, hard working people like these will make what can be very expensive services easier to rationalize for any customer. Their kind, authentic personalities are an added plus! more

Andy showed up on time and was very professional but still friendly. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it with no trouble. He was competent to do the repair and the price was fair. A++ more

What a relief to have great service! 5/27/2011

Chris P. of Plumbline Services checked & fixed our air conditioner unit, all the while explaining what was needed, being very patient and helpful. He also found two items that were not up to code regarding the natural gas going to our furnace and hot water heater! He also fixed these and made our house much safer. Thanks, Chris! more

Quick and Courteous Work from Ron 5/21/2011

We called Plumbline in the middle of our kitchen remodel. Ron showed up and saved the day! He understood our various plumbing challenges, provided an easy to understand quote, anwered our questions, and then got to work. He was courteous, efficient, clean, and did good work. He even helped us understand how to get a gas line over to our future gas range - we will be seeing him again when we are ready for that installation. more

Review for Patrick 5/15/2011

Good: Patrick was a hard worker. He was respectful of my time, service requirements, scheduling issues and was extremely professional. He was knowledgable, pointed out warranties, explained what he had done and the other services that are available. I would recommend Plumbline to others but specifically that they should request Patrick as a service person for plumbing. He presents a superior image for Plumbline.. Bad: There were no areas of disatisfaction with his services. The scheduling folks did not follow through with scheduling an electrician appointment. However it was corrected and scheduled a the time requested.. Improvements: N/A. Other: Patrick should be recognized for his above and beyond quality, knowledge and professionalism. He should be viewed as am asset to your organization. more

The technician that came out was very professional and friendly. Sonny was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were great. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. My original time scheduled was between 10-12. I received a call at 8:00 letting me know they could arrive earlier if I would like. This worked out perfect for us. I will use Plumbline in the future as well as recommend the company to others. more

Good Plumbing! 4/4/2011

I must have been VERY lucky - this is the first time I've used a plumbing service. Sonny listened to my explanation, asked a few questions to clarify the problem and went to work. Keeping my home clean was important to him - through the whole process. Once he had cleared the line with the power snake, he pointed to a possible point of concern and told me how to proceed to get it cleared up. The work was written up prior to starting and made clear to me before he began the work. We went over the write-up and his additional findings at the conclusion. Sonny was epitome of business all the way and yet not distant. My wife felt comfortable - which is unusual. If I need work in the future, I'll call them and ask for Sonny. more

Service Evaluation 11/17/2010

The only detraction from perfect is that they didn't replace something they moved to get to their work. I found Glenn and his assistant (trainee?) personable, informative and thorough. I had used Plumbline before and was put off only by their pricing. It seems they have gotten their pricing on basic services in line with the market, while still offering a superior level of professionalism. I had booked them only for a seasonal check-up and hot water heater drain but wound up also having two slow drains cleaned because of their competitive price. more
