After battling slow drains for a month and making no progress, I called Plumbline for help. From the first call through to the completion of the service I experienced one of the best service ever. Chauncey arrived right on time, was courteous and respectful of me and my home. I had worried I migjt need expensive repairs but instead, Chaunxy walked through some diagnostics with me, found the issue in less than 10 minutes and had everything running as good as new in no time. The entire process took less than an hour, I received a great plumbing maintenance lesson, and the cost was less than I could have imagined. This representative of Plumbline was able to find a solution that I could afford. He recognized that there was an additional gas line going to the garage, where we discovered that the huge old dinosaur heater hanging from the ceiling was leaking gas from a valve, and that the corresponding thermostat didn't work at all. He capped off the line to that valve and I was so grateful because this was an affordable solution to repair strategies that were otherwise going to be way beyond my means. Called for some electrical services on Monday and was given a Wednesday appointment at 12-2, was called in morning and told that electrician's first job was taking longer than expected and that he couldn't make it that day, was rescheduled for Thursday 2-4 pm. After 3 pm Thursday there was still no call or no show. I finally called them and was told again that job ahead of me was running long so again was rescheduled. Nothing available until Sat but was told I would be first appointment in the morning so that I could get done so was scheduled for 10 am-noon. Was told they would waive the trip charge and give me a $50 credit so was somewhat appeased. So again Saturday morning comes and again by 11:15 no call, no show. Again I call them and after being on hold for a while was told that the service guy was in an accident and couldn't come until 5 pm that day. After telling the women from Plumbline that this was the fourth time that I had been rescheduled she did apologize but it sounded like she was almost laughing as she said it . So again 5 pm comes and goes and guess what nobody here from Plumbline and no call. Once again I call and was told that they couldn't get a hold of the electrician and would call me back. After 20 minutes of waiting they finally did call back and said that he was still stuck on the job ahead of me and that maybe he could be there by 7 pm (I thought he was in an accident). I finally saw the light and realized that my relativity small job was continually being pushed back so that they could do the bigger money jobs and cancelled the service and will not call them again. more

Louis Lucero & Ryan Oaker were my Electrician & Apprentice respectively for a 6 hour residential job in Northwest Thornton. As service specialists at Plumbline I had high expectations, as I've worked with Plumbline on multiple projects and they've always come through with flying colors. This experience was no exception.
