I hated my Jeep until.....I found Charlie. Charlie was recommended by CarTalk.com which is the automotive bible to cars.
I've been going to Charlie since 2004 and my life and love for my Jeep transcended all that I've ever felt before.
After dealing with dealerships and their inability to keep cost down with quality work, I needed something new. Jeeperformance takes me back to the old times when you had a relationship with your mechanic who was honest, fixed your car well at a fair price.
Charlie can fix anything, but I'm glad he's my mechanic because I can trust his work and trust his word.
Last, you will literally want to give Charlie more of your money because after dealing with dealerships, you'll think you're robbing Charlie.
Go make yourself and Jeep Happy...go see Charlie.

If you own a Nissan you don't have many places to go to have it maintained or repaired in the Denver area but I like the guys a LMN. They've been honest and they've always repaired my cars right the 1 st time. It's always more expensive to go to a dealership but I like knowing that they know my car inside and out. I feel it's more reliable that way.

In response to the women that is complaining that the telephone service is poor but still Toyota has already agreed to not charge her for $5000 of extra repairs, I believe her comment is very self centered and that Toyota has been more then fair to her. Basically her comment is quite unreasonable and in the future she should go elsewhere to pay thousands of dollars more to less trustworthy dealers. My experience has been nothing but top notch service and I never have been left on hold for more then a few minutes, or unsatisfied with their repairs.
Pros: Service department honest, speedy, shows quality without return problems
Cons: Will not wash car unless you make a special request.

Elspeth Bledenbach has to be one of the most awesome women there is in the car business. We were driving back to Texas from Alaska and the air was out. Elspeth not only was able to get the repairs on my truck done in record time (less than 8 hours) and much less (and I do mean much less) her staff only repaired what was broke not what would run up the price. She even check to see if we had our recall items taken care of previously and when she found two recalls had not been done, she had her staff take care of that too. I am relocating in Texas and hope a dealership in Texas takes care of us at lease partially as well, if not I will be visiting Denver area again. Thank you, thank you, thank you....

Well I don't really have anything bad to say about the shop. I have stopped taking my car to the dealership (stealership) as this place has people who can do just about everything and they do it well. The best thing is that there is a nice big sign on the door to the bay that says "Customer's Welcome".
Alignments:
Just over a year ago I needed an alignment in a hurry before leaving on a trip for a wedding. Their alignment guy, Tom, was very thorough and was willing to explain to me what he was doing and why, and I have been going back ever since.
Oil Changes:
Unlike the stealership, these people are actually willing to torque the oil plug to the specification value as opposed to just wrenching it down as hard as they can. I found that the stealership had done so on the oil change that I was going to stop going to them for and start doing my own oil changes and I could not get it off. Even the mechanic that was working on it was as dismayed as I was at how tight it was. They do it for so cheap, since I give them a high dollar filter and oil that I bring, that I have decided to just take my SRT-4 to them instead of doing it myself.
Further Notes: Oh, I almost forgot. At the stealership, I was trying to get someone to diagnose an odd pull while driving and the service manager used terms I wasn't familiar with to get me to agree to a $300 bill, but when I got the bill he just installed a camber bolt (clearly stated). I called up Tom and he said he could have got it and installed it for $115.
Conclusion: I can't attest to the rest of the stores, but this one has great service and very reasonable prices. These people have earned my loyalty and continue to prove to me why they deserve it.
Pros: Customer's Welcome in maintanence bay, Good Service, No BSing
Cons: Sometimes hard to turn left from the parking lot when leaving in the morning due to traffic

I brought my brand new car to Extreme Auto Detail! He was such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to pick my car up from me and then returned with more then I expected! I had a clear bra and paint protectant, scotchguarded the interior,Full detail all done to my vechile! Before I brought my vechile to Extreme Auto Detail I had read the review on this site and I have to say it is incorrect! He does know his trade and was very easy to work with!! He exceeded all my expectations! Since then I have sent all of my freinds and family to Extreme Auto Detail. They have all reported the same results!
Pros: More I spent the more I saved!!!!
Cons: None that come to mind!

I have been going to Walmart since they opened By weekly and I have nothing but good reviews, All Departments are very Professional especially the Dressing room area, I went in in a frail that I could not find my size, The Employee was so patient so helpful that I was very impressed with the 2 females, I'm a security Supervisor in a high rise building down town Denver and they are truly customer service and with a smile, It was at the end of a long day and they were smiling that you don't find every day. I had taken my car to Luby Chevrolet and they hadn't fixed 2 separate problems my car was having, in fact told me there was nothing wrong with it. A few weeks later, the car died for the same reason I had taken it to Luby for and so I had it towed to Burt Chevrolet. Burt had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours of the time the shop had opened that day. The young man who helped me couldn't have been nicer and more sympathic, especially considering I was rather upset having already taken time away from work to try to get this problem fixed at Luby's.
I would highly recommend Burt to anyone in need of service on their automobiles. The difference in the way I was treated was like comparing going to a spa to going to the dentist.
PROS: Wonderful treatment and my car was finally fixed!!!
