Pam Mirabadi, Cosmetic Surgeon

I have had Dr. Mirabadi as my female doctor and cosmetic surgeon for a while now and I am very happy to know her and have her as my doctor. She is a great cosmetic surgeon, highly skilled, and I have referred many friends and a couple members of my family to her and we are all happy with her. What I like best is that she is a female cosmetic surgeon and gynecologist and is a very caring and honest doctor. more

Dr. Mirabadi is an excellent surgeon and she is a kind and honest person. As a long-time teammate in her office and also as a patient, I have known her on many levels and have known her for many years. She's honest with people (I've seen her talk patients out of surgery more times than I can count), she treats patients well, and takes patient confidentiality seriously (you'd be surprised at how many other surgeons talk about their celebrity patients at parties and seminars but Dr. Mirabadi never does). There are a few fake complaints posts on this page. We think they are from a jealous competitor, probably a plastic surgeon. Dr. Mirabadi has never claimed and never will claim to be a plastic surgeon. She is proud to be a Cosmetic Surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, where she had her fellowship and training. She is also a Board-Certified Gynecologist, with over 32 years of surgical experience. Occasionally a competing plastic surgeon gets upset and posts rude and/or fake reviews. Maybe his office is struggling or maybe he just has too much time on his hands. The fact is that liposuction was invented by a gynecologist and one of the safest forms of liposuction, Tumescent Liposuction, was invented by another gynecologist, not a plastic surgeon. Both cosmetic surgeons and plastic surgeons are licensed to perform liposuction. Liposuction is used to help people with gynecomastia (enlarged male breasts) and well as help reduce the amount of fat in various parts of the other parts of body (hips, abdomen, thighs, etc.) in both men and women. Tumescent Liposuction was featured on ABC's 20/20. I find it insulting and extremely distasteful that anyone would post rude or fraudulent reviews but I think anyone looking closely will see that her real patients are giving her excellent ratings because she is an excellent doctor. I myself have been both a teammate and a patient so I know her well. A word of advice to readers: get free consultations with as many physicians as you can, see which one you are most comfortable with, and make sure the one you pick is either a cosmetic surgeon who is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery or a plastic surgeon who is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Both plastic and cosmetic surgeons come in good and bad varieties and it's important to find one who is capable, honest, and genuinely cares about you. more

my wife and i were very suprised by the lack of appropriate after care. then to top things off, we find that she is not even a plastic surgeon. more

Dr. Mirabadi is a great doctor. She is very intelligent, honest, and direct. She gave me different options to achieve the look I wanted, while making me feel comfortable and understand the procedures. She is both a cosmetic surgeon and a gynecologist so she is probably the best Dr. for labiaplasty, or vaginal repair. Her office is a bit out of the way and not super fancy but the quality of her work is excellent and she is very intelligent and that is why I see her as both my gynecologist and my cosmetic surgeon. Also, there are all her credentials lining her office walls as a cosmetic surgeon and gynecologist and plenty of before and after picture albums to look at. I should have gone to a real plastic surgeon. Dr. Mirabadi told me that she was a plastic surgeon, but after I had a bad job with my liposuction, I found out that she wasn't even a plastic surgeon! Pros: cheap Cons: bad job more

I was not happy with the results that I got with my liposuction. Afterwards, when I asked around and researched, I found that she is not even a plastic surgeon but a Gynecologist. I recently got liposuction on my belly. Dr. Mirabadi was excellent, she did a great job and the results look great. I had tried to exercise and had lost a lot of weight but my belly area was stubborn and I just could not lose the fat on my own so I decided that maybe liposuction was right for me. I shopped around a lot but decided to go with Dr. Mirabadi because she seemed very honest and answered all my questions and showed me a lot of before and after photos. more

Dr. Mirabadi is a fantastic doctor, very caring and sincere. Her face-lift are the best in Los Angeles- very natural looking. I get Botox there and my Mom got a face-lift that looks amazing. Pros: Amazing doctor, excellent work Cons: Long wait sometimes but worth it more
