Best Party Place For Deaf Children! 11/23/2008

We have adopted our Deaf daughter and this was our first year to plan her birthday party. I didn't know what to do. One of her friends had a party at paint'n'party and I learned that a couple of the employees there sign! When I asked my daughter where she wanted to have her party - she said Paint 'n' Party. I was so relieved. I did not have to interpret for 10 Deaf children and try to keep up all alone! Pros: 2 of the employees signed! Cons: The party was not long enough more

Fun place for kids 7/11/2007

My kids love paint and party. When my oldest daughter ( who is now 15) wanted to go to paint and party we enjoyed the fun activty but never were interested in the camp programs or birthday parties. That was when it was under the old management. Now that the new management has taken over the attitude and staff really make the place a fun place to go and enjoy. My youngest daughter (who is now 9) has enjoyed the camp programs and birthday parties because the people running paint and party make the child feel welcomed and special! I highly recommend trying paint and party for your child! Pros: Perfect for painting and making a mess Cons: Parking lot is difficult more

Find your creative child at Paint N Party 6/14/2007

Paint N Party is for any creative age. I saw two year olds there as well as teens and adults. There are hundreds of pieces of plaster or clay that you can paint with a variety of colors available. I went with a 9 year old and an 11 year old. They had a blast! While I was there, a day care center was being hosted and the girls who work there did a great job with helping the kids organize their colors and brushes. Plaster pieces are priced at 9.95 a piece and are sprayed after the painting is finished and then set aside to dry for about 10 or so minutes. Clay pieces vary in price ($ to $$$) and are glazed and placed in the kiln. You have to come back to pick up the clay pieces a few days later. Walk ins welcome. Pros: Many pieces of different categories to choose from Cons: Messy- but they have smocks for the kids to wear more
