This is not a ""tip"". This is a warning.\r \r My girlfriend and I have been fighting with these a-holes since January over a visit for a simple cleaning and small cavity fill (that still isn't repaired correctly). They didn't bother running it through her insurance. Instead, they charged it all to this ""Smile Card"" that they sell as a backup to the insurance - then tried to forge her digital signature onto documents to Smile Card to expand her credit line so that they could charge her more for unprovided services.\r \r On the unprovided services, her bill should have been less than $400 after insurance - These scam artists ballooned her total bill to over $2800 with unprovided services, and have caused headache after headache.\r \r We've since reported them to the BBB and are pursuing a full media investigation into their practice. \r \r Find a different dentist unless you actually like getting screwed over.\r \r \r \r FURIOUS!!! more

Yikes!! I wish I could give this place a 0. My first visit for a cleaning involved waiting over 2 hours to be given a 5 minute checkup by the dentist and being asked if i could come back another day for a cleaning early the next week b/c they ran out of time (I heard the boss or some higher up was coming in so they wanted to clean up) so I went along with it. Then, I when I called to schedule my appt, there wasn't anything available for about 2 weeks and it was at 7am on my day off. NO apologies. I asked if they could throw in a flouride treatment for the inconvenience and the lady told me that was just how things were done there---- the first appt is for the dr to see you and then he'll see if the hygienist has time for you. WHAT??? I've never heard of a place that doesn't do the cleaning first!!\r \r Oh and you know that clean smooth feeling you get when you have your teeth cleaned?? I did not get it and I don't think she did a great job cleaning. \r \r Then I ask for my xrays more

I had a great visit. While I was waiting I was given a bottle of water and a Nutragrain bar. Everyone was very nice and I was able to get a checkup and cleaning for $39. Although I don?t remember the name of the dentist he was a young guy and very friendly. The only complaint I have was loud banging my whole appointment from construction going on in the building. more

I thought I would try out their $39.00 intro deal. First, the doctor made me wait at least 35 min, and then told me that I would need over $4,000 of work done to my teeth. I went back to my regular dentist and found out that everything that this dentist told me was a lie. I did not have one single cavity, and did not need any work done. What a SCAM.... Be careful. more
