Yikes!! I wish I could give this place a 0. My first visit for a cleaning involved waiting over 2 hours to be given a 5 minute checkup by the dentist and being asked if i could come back another day for a cleaning early the next week b/c they ran out of time (I heard the boss or some higher up was coming in so they wanted to clean up) so I went along with it. Then, I when I called to schedule my appt, there wasn't anything available for about 2 weeks and it was at 7am on my day off. NO apologies. I asked if they could throw in a flouride treatment for the inconvenience and the lady told me that was just how things were done there---- the first appt is for the dr to see you and then he'll see if the hygienist has time for you. WHAT??? I've never heard of a place that doesn't do the cleaning first!!\r

Oh and you know that clean smooth feeling you get when you have your teeth cleaned?? I did not get it and I don't think she did a great job cleaning. \r
