We had an awful experience with this establishment. The people are rude and agressive. They operate off of getting you to quickly give them a credit card for a deposit to look at the computer DON'T DO IT
They charge to look at your computer. They said ours required a complete reinstall which they did. However afterwards they said we would need to reinstall drivers. The way they installed the operating system made is to drivers couldn't be installed (I'll spare you the technical details).
We took it back in and they wanted a credit card to look at it. They would not warranty their work. They're gig is to get you to pay for deposits multiple times.
Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY from this establishment.!
