Northwest Bedding

Our sales associate was okay. She gave us the lay of the land and let us check everything out. She failed to explain that when you return a bed that you have to make up the difference between the sale price you received and the cost of the "new bed" at its regular inflated price. I realize its in the paperwork but we didn't know that at the time of purchase. She said we can upgrade to a more expensive bed with in 30 days but that was the end of her explanation. Also getting charged $50 for having them make the exchange. Sorry, the bed isn't working for us. It was way more firm then the one we tried at the store. Why do you have to shaft us so bad? When I called to ask they we are being charged so much they said "that's just the way it has to be". This our second bed purchased from them. I have given this company enough of my money only to get a bad experience. I won't return. more

Lousy place to do business. Don't bother paying for a warranty as they really aren't worth the powder to blow them up. Trying to get service on your mattress is like pulling teeth. One old lady in there must have been a commandant at a prison camp. Not helpful, not friendly. Probably ending up trashing the mattress and buying a Serta or some other company that honors their warranty and knows how to build a mattress. Model was the Coeur d'Alene--expensive is the only way to describe it. more

We really needed a new bed and we werent sure which kind would be best for the two of us. The staff was very helpful, and we found one that we both loved. I was very happy with my experience. more

Salesperson was fine. The mattress was horrible!! (Northern Quest Mattress). After 2 monts of horrible sleep and waking several times a night with numb limbs, NW Bedding agreed to "rebuild" the mattress. (for a fee). We dealt with the rudest most unprofesional delivery manager- Larry. He was a complete jerk and made the whole pickup/delivery process a huge pain. He was arrogant and cocky and talked to us as if we were children. We would never recommend this company to anyone who wants to purchase a bed. We are still dealing with a 12 inch pit in our new "rebuilt matress". We have spent over $1800.00 and are very dissapointed. more
