We have had nothing but the best of dental care and very good experiences. They have provided the best cleanings I've ever had. Any problems or procedures are explained fully so that I understand them. Didn't know that I should have floride treatments till I came here, so now I get them regularly!\r \r The office is beautiful and they have all the latest technology. Why would I want to go anywhere else? more

In regards to a previous review: As a patient there, I have to say this. They do complete crowns, root canals, implants, bridges, full dentures, etc. Sometimes for these treatments they have to send them out to the lab, not because they aren't prepared but because they want you to have the best treatment they can give you. When they have to refer you to a specialist, 99% of the time it's for your own benefit. How did you get the vibe that the DA's were afraid of the DDS? I feel like I am welcomed to the family every time I walk in. All three of the dentists are very sweet women who take time to listen to you and help you understand your treatment and the many options that go along with it. I think you are spending your hard earned money on the same treatment, if not better, than what you would get at any other dentist. With all of the continuing education that these dentists complete throughout the year, I wouldn't trust anyone else in my mouth! more

I really had high hopes for my visit to Gentle Family Dentistry and Dr. Hill. The place is beautiful, seems to have the latest technology and the staff is very friendly. I made an appointment for a sore tooth and Dr. Hill took a look and immediately wanted to sell me a mouthguard for grinding. She told me that I had worn away the enamel on my tooth that was giving me troubles and exposed the dentin but I would need a mouthguard first. I explained I didn't want a mouthguard and she said she was not prepared to work on my ""otherwise healthy tooth."" I asked if there was anything else that could be done and she said she could place some sealant on the top but that might not work well. She instructed the assistant what to do, left the assistant to do the work and never came back to make sure it was done correctly. I've already made an appointment with another dentist to look at the tooth. The sealant did next to nothing and my tooth still hurts. more

Everyone at this practice was so helpful The Dentist explained what was needed and why. I will go back and tell my family to. I can not say enough good things. Even the cleaning was the most thorough I ever received. The Dentist really know what they are doing!!! They are good looking too!! Thanks and Happy New Year. I brought my two young daughters in. They both needed cleanings and exams. The staff was very helpful in getting them comfortable and relaxed. I even heard giggling coming from the room. My older daughter had chipped her front tooth in an accident. Dr. Nguyen was great in explaining to her what was happening and how she was going to fix her tooth. Now she is as good as new, with a beautiful front tooth! I would highly recommend this practice. You will not be disappointed... Pros: Professional. caring dentists...friendly staff more

This is a wonderful office! I was interested in veneers but the dentist told me my teeth would look better by just replacing the discolored fillings. She was completely right! She replaced the fillings to match my teeth better and my smile improved a lot! She also saved me thousands of dollars. I recommend this office to all my friends! Unless you are looking to have your teeth cleaned, do yourself a favor and find a real qualified dentist. I had to struggle with my son to get a cavity filled, he said it hurt his jaw the previous time because it took over an hour. The staff is scared of the Dentist (ie. the assistants take blame when they are not in the wrong, or they will tippy toe around so they don't disturb the dentist). The dentists suggest procedures that are not necessary (ie. onlays for undamaged teeth because it could result in a stress fracture someday). This is a assembly line set up and they function as such too. They do not do crowns, root canals and will refer you out to a specialist for anything above a simple visit (cleaning or cavity) There is a high turnover in staff. There are 3 dentists here and all are fairly new graduates. Why spend your hard earned money or insurance allowance on a dentist with less than 10 years experience? Pros: Lots of availability. Cons: Quality of service, staff. more

I went in to have a root canal and I was really nervous. I wasn't sure what it was or why I needed it. Dr. Hill was great about explaining everything to me. The root canal was so easy. It didn't hurt at all and it was pretty fast. That night, Dr. Hill called to check on me. I have never had a dentist do that before. Best of all, my tooth feels great now. Pros: gentle dentist, friendly staff, open nights and weekends Cons: long wait, confusing check out more

Unfriendly staff, unfriendly doctors, overpriced. Make sure you have a wallet full of cash before you go in. more
