My son attended drivers education here and finished last month. Being a worried mother, I was not ready to just give him control of my car, but after him completing drivers education with Newport Driving School I know he is more than prepared. My son was very fond of his instructor Carlos because he was very patient and willing to work with my son on everything he seemed to struggle with. I am very grateful for Carlos and the Newport Driving School staff. I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone wanting their teen to be fully prepared when driving a car. more

I Really learned a lot, both in the classroom and out of the classroom during driving instruction. The school was great. I wish I could say id go back anytime but that s not really an option considering I have completed the class and there is no reason to take it again. I recommended NDS to anyone looking to learn how to drive. Thank you Carlos!!!!! more

Newport Driving school helped me to feel comfortable behind the wheel and improved my driving technique. By taking the class I was able to feel better about driving and can now drive with my parents, which scared me before. I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Carlos, my instructor, who helped me through my lessons and improved my driving. I am now 100% more comfortable behind the wheel of a car and can trust my driving skills. more

Carlos helped me out a lot with my driving test! I passed it with almost no mistakes or problems, he helped in scheduling my appointment at the DMV as well, and made me feel comfortable and confident when I was driving (even when I first started and was truly terrible). I could not have asked for a better instructor! Thank you so much! more

I could not ask for more from a driving school,Carlos was very patient and informative.He taught me everything I needed to pass the dmv driving test.I was very nervous and Carlos put me at ease.I would recommend Newport Driving school to anyone who needs to learn how to drive or pass the dmv test more

Awesome!! 4/13/2012

I took the 6hr (3 sessions of 2 hours each) and the road test package-- and I was more than ready to take the drivers test, (which i passed with flying colors!) The instructors are great, very knowledgable, and friendly. I highly recommend this driving school! more

Newport Driving School is the best driving school in California. The teachers are patient knowledge and with big experience. I took 3 driving classes an I had a a test in 2 weeks, Carlos took me to the DMW and reminded me the last basic stuff. I was very nervous that day but Carlos made me calm down telling a lot of jokes and making me confident that I will past the test, which I did with the first time and I got only 4 mistakes out of 15. I will definitely recommend this school to all my friends. Thanks a lot Newport Driving School!!!! more

Awesome place to learn. Everyone there is really nice! I PASSED! Woohoo! But seriously really do recommend it. I had trouble driving because I would speed a lot and my turns were bad. But they were very helpful and patient. I scored well on my test. Thank you!!! more

I PASSED MY ROAD TEST,without the help of your instructors who were patient I would've never accomplish this so soon , I was recommended by another student at UCI who took lessons from them and all I can say is that this was the right place to go, no hassle just learning how to drive, . Good driving school! 3/13/2012

The instructors were awesome! I learned everything i needed to pass the driving test at the DMV and didn't have to worry about being nervous on the day of the test. They helped me with my weaknesses and didn't make me practice what i had already mastered. KS more
