We have been members for about a year. My nanny went in to have my daughter withdrawn from a Tues. and Wed. 10 year old class that only she and her friend were enrolled in. I was furious to learn that according to policy I was still going to be charged for for a payment for January?s classes! I missed the withdraw date by one day! I don?t consider it a class when my daughter is the only one on the roster! My daughter told me that she and her friend have been the only ones attending classes all November! My friend told me she was withdrawing her kids for a break the week before Thanksgiving and I have not had a chance to get down there to fill out a withdraw form. I work all the way across town and I don?t get home until 6:00 p.m., and we were out of town for Thanksgiving. Jeremy should have suggested to our nanny to bring home a withdraw form for our daughter. There were no other children at the gym when she went in to do this the other night. I figured the class would be cancelled if there was only one student enrolled, and I wasn?t too concerned that withdrawing her officially would be an issue.
Customer service and word of mouth is very important in this business. Up until now, I would have no complaints. Jeremy has done an excellent job with both of my kids and we really enjoyed going to the gym and were going to re-enroll our littlest one back. Jeremy is fantastic and so are his employees. This is a very poor company policy! Make sure you withdraw in May if you don't plan on going in June, or you will pay!
