When having my first child, I was alittle worried. Dr Bynum totally put me at ease and made the idea of a c-section alot less scary! Now on my 2nd pregnancy, I can't even imagine using anyother Dr!!!!!!He doesn't sugar coat anything....if there is a problem he will let you know right away and will go above and beyond to help you figure out the best solution and one that you are comfortable with. The nurses are very friendly and the office staff knows mostly everyone by their first name! It's hard to find quality service like that anywhere else.....These guys are pros!!! I went to see Dr. Rowland because she specializes in a procedure that ultimately would sterilize me, however, would treat a long term battle of so far untreatable severe hemorrhaging. I was basically told that I would need to have children before she would do the procedure because she was uncomfortable with the thought of me not having kids. She gave me a lame medical excuse as to why, but it was mostly her. she then performed several costly and painful tests (that were'nt covered by insurance) then gave me conflicting results with no answers. bottom line she is more concerned with her own morality and ""standards"" than she is with the physical and mental health of her own patients. I would never let her touch me again. thanks for nothing. Cons: Concerned with herself, not her patients more

I have went to this clinic for years. My doctor is Dr Knudsen. I think all the doctors and nurses are wonderful. They really go out of there way to make sure you feel welcome and importent. They front office call me by my first name when i come through the door and they are very pleasent.and helpful. In reference to the last reveiw left., F.S.A provides checks also. Easy fix... It's challenging. I love Dr Roland and the nurses there. The office/business part, has me finding a new doc and location. They do not accept credit cards so you can't use your F.S.A . card--except that they told me they'd take a card for charges over $50. The staff is cranky and inflexible. My largest complaint is the way the business is ran.\r \r That said, the medical care is exceptional. Dr Roland is fantastic and accepts my family-planning needs by giving me the most updated birth control options. She listens thoroughly and has exceptional bedside manners. If she was at a different office, I would happily continue seeing her. Pros: Great doctors and nurses. Modern, feminist thinking. Cons: Horrible office/business, appointments are months out more
