Exhaust repair 8/30/2013

Very speedy service. I've mentioned this before. In years past, it seemed like they would need my car all day for simple things like inspections, but lately, the time that they've needed my car is significantly less. Brought my car in for complete exhaust system replacement and had it back before lunch time. Always informative and upfront with what my car needs (and not things it doesn't necessarily need) and what it's going to cost. No idea if the pricing is fair, but the honesty and trust I have with them is worth it. more

We've been bringing our cars to Doug for at least 15 years, always an honest-and on one occasion, frank-diagnosis(that's a good thing!) of what's going on with the car, cars always ready when promised. Keep up the good work! more

Good honest service (which is rare for a mechanic) 7/24/2013

Brought my car in for inspection and oil change. It was finished much quicker than it usually is. Always have had good honest service at Mom's. They never force you into repairs that you don't need. They let me know that there were some things that are going to need to be fixed in the future, but never tried to make me do it right then and there. more

Honesty 3/29/2013

The only disappointment with my last visit for inspection was that the tech never looked in the envelope for my registration and new tahs and the were found in the garbage after going back to the station.thank god we realized it when we did. more
