Broken items shoved into drawers,appliances left unplugged, beds sloppily made, furniture and other items moved but never put back into their orginal places ... and shabby cleani...

Broken items shoved into drawers,appliances left unplugged, beds sloppily made, furniture and other items moved but never put back into their orginal places ... and shabby cleaning as if they were racing through to finish. Never did find one item the cleaners clainmed they never saw. I saw it in the house while they were there. I gave them many chances - each time new people would show up. NEVER again! more

Hire Molly Maid Cleaning Services of Long Beach 4/23/2011

April 22, 2011 ""Sully 111"" I have used Molly Maid services in excess of twenty years now. I have had the same ""Team Leader"" on the Molly Maid crew for ten years. The consistency of the same Molly Maid crew has made my experience a truly great one. I have two exotic cats and the Molly Maid team always makes sure they are secure, and are respective of my concerns when they are cleaning my home. I have recommended many personal friends & family over the years to MM for their services all of which have been extremly happy for the referral. Molly Maid of Long Beach has been a godsend to my household. more

Great Cleaning Service 12/11/2008

I recently used Molly Maid and loved it! Maids were puntual and spoke english, which was awesome. I now have them coming on a regular basis. I read a review. I think for a 4 bed 3 bath that might be the reason why they were there so little time. I paid $216.00 for a 3 bed house 1600 sq ft? Maybe her house was underpriced..you do get what you pay for. Any who! A lot of my friends use them and we have no complaints. Their office seems ok to me. more

Do Not Use Molly Maid of Long Beach 10/10/2007

Molly Maid of Long Beach had demanded that I pay for services not performed - otherwise, it will turn my account over to a collection agency, which will negatively impact my credit rating. Cons: Terrible service, unresponsive management and extortion to pay for services. more
