I recently went to the Men's Wearhouse located at Santa Fe and Black Bob for suits for work. After being treated poorly at other men's establishment I decided to give them a shot....

HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them 6/5/2012

HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them a 0 rating I would but this system wouldn't let me. My son and I purchased 5 suites from this Men's Warehouse for my son's wedding in June. We purchased the suites in January. Our experience at the time was ok. As time went on we found them to be very difficult and uncaring about customer service. I personally went in to purchase a couple of shirts and ties in May, again for my son's wedding in June and this time, Alex, who I assumed was a manger and the person who helped us in Jan., came up to me asked what I was looking for and after explaining that I wanted to match my wife's dress, he looked at it and said ""well good luck with that"" and walked away. A short later he came back asked if we were having any luck and said, ""maybe you should compliment it not match"" and again walked away. I then found two shirts and another sales associated asked if we needed help. I told him I wanted to try the shirt on, which I did and it felt too big, but he insisted it looked just fine. I asked to try on the second shirt and he said it's the same, no need to try it on. After I got home I found the first shirt was a slim fit (which is what I needed) and the second shirt was a regular fit and not a comfortable fit. Instead of taking it back and exchanging the shirts I elected to have them altered. So the shirts I spend $79 and $85 on, now cost me an additional $60 to have them altered. I didn't realize Men's Warehouse could alter the shirts since they never gave me that option. Needless to say, I would NEVER purchase or go into this store again and I certainly would NOT recommend it to anyone else. And that is unfortunate, since I spent over $1500 on the 5 suites, ties and shirts. If your slogan is ""You're going to like the way you look. We guarantee it"" This store has a long ways to go to ever achieve that goal. more

Outstanding service 3/22/2012

I recently went to the Men's Wearhouse located at Santa Fe and Black Bob for suits for work. After being treated poorly at other men's establishment I decided to give them a shot. I was rather impressesed by the customer service and the way I was treated. While shopping their I learned they were under new management and I loved the service I got. I spent over 2000 dollars and was never pressured. They gave me exactly what I needed. I would recommend this store over any others. WILL BE BACK for sure!!! more

Olathe Mens Warehouse - Horrible Service 4/3/2011

My son and I went to the Olathe store for a prom tux and we were help immediately but the person that started taking my son's measurements took one measurement , then left us standing for 10 minutes, then came back for another measurement and this went on for 40 minutes or so until finally a guy came up to help that we could not understand his language. When my son picked up his tux for the prom, no one explained to him how the button covers worked, the suspenders were missing and his jacket seemed too big. They were going to charge my son an additional $30 but thankfully he called me before he left the store and they corrected the amount due. This will be the last time we use Mens Warehouse. more

I would give Men's wearhouse a 0 if it was possible! 10/23/2010

Absolutely horrendous. We went to the Men's wearhouse in KCMO near Zona Rosa, the workers were rude and complete snobs. We walked in ready to order 6 tuxedos for our wedding, we went straight back to the tux desk for assistance, even though someone was sitting there we were ignored. They were struggling with the crisis of messing up someones order who was 2 hours out from their wedding. There were 6 workers there and not one person even said hi, or we will be with you in a moment, NOTHING. I had the vests all picked out and all we were waiting for was some acknowledgement of our presence, Never got it. Run away from this place and run away fast. They are hard to avoid because they pretty much have a monopoly in the tux wolrd. I reccomend JIM'S FORMAL WEAR!!! more
