Maxim Cleaners recently opened right next to my job so I decided to give them a try considering the convience of their location to me. On my first visit I brought in a white winter jacket that had a few stains on it. They gave me prompt service saying it would be ready the next day, which i believed because when i went to pick it up the next day all the stains were still there as if they had never cleaned it. \r
I talked to the manager and he insisted that I leave the jacket there another day so they could clean it properly. I returned the next day to the same stained jacket, being I went there on my lunch break I just took the jacket, paid the $5 something dollars and left. \r
Time had gone by and I needed a pricey dress dry cleaned and some noticeable stains removed. I am a person that works in the customer service industry so I believe in second chances. I dropped the dress off, and again they said it would be ready the next day, came back the next day to a still stained dress. I made them aware and came back 2 days later only to find my garmet with less than 10% of the stains gone and a pea size hole in the dress. Aggarvated I paid the $3 and left. \r
As I said earlier I work in the customer service industry so I will make it my duty to make people aware of the lack of customer service and dry clean service of Maxim Cleaners. There are too many GOOD cleaners out there that do their job for me to give Maxim Cleaners another chance.
