ALLEGED DISCRIMINATION (Race and Physically Challenged). One of our Equality Activists interacted with a white male employee with blue eyes who didn't want to help her. His name is unknown at this time. According to her, he DIDN'T treat her like a customer. In fact, she said ""he acted like a complete jerk"" and she made sure he knew how he was acting. To top off the BACKWARDS behavior, Alia Friar (Frier or Fryer) manager refused to service her without getting her side of what happened. She was only defending herself based upon that employee's behavior, which we can't imagine anyone deserves. \r \r According to our Equality Activist, the first time she visited Eyemasters also known as Eye Care Centers of America, Inc. (corporate location: San Antonio, Texas), she overheard the employees discussing a situation where a customer who was PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED stated they discriminated against him. While she stated that this was probably a big RED FLAG, she did business with them anyway.\r \r Our goal is to make sure all people are treated with equality. more

The glasses I got here were of terrible quality. They never fit correctly and after about a year and a half the arm broke. The screw did not come out, the arm broke. I took them back and they said they were only guaranteed for a year. They suggested a place that fixes glasses or a jewelry store. I went to a different place on Red Bud Lane (Building with red roof) and he fixed the arm for free but said it would only be temporary. Then, yesterday the other arm broke off the same way. These are the worse quality glasses I have ever had. \r \r I have had much better success at Sam's or Walmart and the prices are better too. I would not recommend Eyemasters to anyone.
