Ordered Holiday cards. They arrived with a misprint. Contacted the store, they apologized and said the replacement would be there in a couple of days. Did not receive, called to check and they flew off the handle, yelling at me that it was because of a snow storm and then hung up! The replacement arrived very late, right before Christmas, but it was WRONG AGAIN!! I called and they said they'd issue a credit. They never did. Now disputing off credit card. I guess they have no sense of customer service, are irratic and disorganized. Sadly, I cannot recommend Mark Harris Stationers.
Pros: only stationer in mall
Cons: terrible customer service, do not stand behind their work.
