I ordered hundreds of dollars of personalized stationary from Mark Harris. A portion of the stationary came in and was printed incorrectly. I immediately notified the owner and explained the problem. She told me that it was my fault and that they could reprint them at my cost ($50). I explained that I had ordered the stationary to be printed exactly as I had seen it their catalogue and that the larger portion of the order was correct and I had just spent hundreds of dollars. She began to yell at me and eventually hung up on me. I reported the problem to my credit card company and they found in my favor and did not require me to pay. I had the incorrect portion reprinted through a wonderful vendor on line. I was shocked at the treatment that I received and would not recommend this business to anyone.
