Exceptional Professionalism 3/1/2011

The purpose of this letter is to commend your professional and personal qualities. The recent problem my wife and experienced with our main drain caused us considerable stress. Your empathy for our problem and the persistence you displayed to solve that problem is uncommonly rare in your profession. We would also like to commend Jim O'Donnell and his assistant Steve. More than ever, I want to point out your choice of materials suppliers - the cabinets, the counter top, the floor, the lighting fixtures - as being exceptional. Most extraordinary was the meticulous work done by Paul the carpenter. You can always hear that a guy is good; but, he lived up to everything I heard about his 'treats it like it was his own' approach. more

I am so pleased with what was done. Christmas and other holiday preprations were much easier and convenient. I remain totally impressed with your ability to listen beyond what is said and then incorporate what is meant/ needed. You were so intuitive when you listen to me and sincere thanks are more than appropriated. I invite you, if it is of any interest, to stop and see the finished product and take pictures if you like. I actually did take some digitals and sent them to various family/ friends and they were all impressed. I am happy to send you what I have if you are interested. more

Madsen Staff - Thank you for our new kitchen. My wife is very pleased - that says it all! From the design with Joe Miller and the coordination with Bill Johns - it went great. We were impressed by the professional and friendly manner of Jim and Vinnie. Even your subs such as Mark and Steve were super for tiling work. Kieffers Appliances and Carry were all good as Joe predicted. Thanks! more

Worked hard to make the necessary adjustments 12/21/2010

Two of your employees, Chris Capuzzi and Jim Butler, worked hard to make the necessary adjustments and to think 'out of the box' to make the new cabinet look like it has always been there. They were hard working, polite and efficient. I only regret that I did not find the time to write to you earlier to commend their fine work. more

We would pick you! 12/20/2010

About 6 months ago, we needed to rebuild a cabinet in our kitchen that housed an old refrigerator in order to make room for a newer refrigerator. Madsen has done two kitchens for us in the past, and we knew that if anyone could make the adjustment look great, it would be you. more

Terrible Time with Madsen Inc 9/18/2009

The worst experience. Wish I'd read the other reviews on a website first. Great at claiming what they'll do and taking the deposit. After that it was all downhill. Late in starting the job, workmen didn't show, mistakes in construction, and took forever to finish Cons: No shows with workmen, dishonest, hidden costs more
