I don't recommend this guy. I ordered a few yards of organic top soil. I was told it would be soil with some compost added. What I received was sand with some ground up compost and garbage mixed in. I studied soils in college. This product is not soil. Once it settled in, I had to go around and pick out bits and pieces of trash. This is low quality stuff and the guy peddling it is a snake oil salesman.\r \r Ground up bark and construction debris is not compost. When what little organic matter begins to break down, it ties up more nutrients than it releases.\r \r I do not work for a competitor. I do not have friends, family or acquaintances in the soil or landscape business.\r \r If you decide to buy from this guy, do not do it sight unseen. You will not get what he describes. more

Don't worry about the smell. I have never been bothered. Oh and the kids,I drive by there every day. Those kids have never had a mask on. Ever. I have been driving by there for 20 years. Go and get your compost. It's a great place. more

This business makes compost out of pig manure and other animal waste. They move it around in big mountains with bulldozers and generate clouds of stink and dust. There are multiple residents living within 500 feet of their operation but they don't care that they ruin the air quality of anyone who lives near by. There are kids waiting for a school bus right across from their business and the kids have to wear face masks. more
