Terrible Management 9/13/2010

The owners of the properties may not be too bad but Leasing Plus certainly has some work to do on their customer service and professionalism. I lived at one of their properties for several years and Vickie was always rude when I called. She rarely got back to me in a timely fashion and always came across as angry or put out because I had called. Don't expect maintenance issues to be addressed timely or at all in some cases. Property owners this management co will cost you valuable business. I would never recommend this co. to anyone, renters or owners. more

Horrible Customer Service 7/6/2009

Spoke w/Jill and she comes across very rudely. She doesn't act very eager to rent one of their properties, mind you, that they take care of for someone else! I had to call 3 times before I even got someone to answer the phone. Cons: Rude, short and could use a lesson in customer service skill more

Worst customer service 6/23/2008

Leasing agent Jill was more than rude when I was inquiring about a property. She answered every question I asked with a snippy remark, showing no interest in even trying to rent one of her properties. Uncalled for attitude plus the coldest eyes I have ever seen. I would hate to pay such an evil person rent money every month. Pros: Nice property Cons: Horrible attitude and customer service more
