We've used Laurie's Floor Covering before, and always had such great experiences with them. When we decided to continue our wood floors throughout the house, we contacted Dan there.
First off, Dan is incredibly patient as we tried to decide what we wanted. We changed our minds so many times. We ended up deciding that we wanted to make the back match the front. We must have met with him seven times, and each time, he brought lots of samples for us to check out. When we decided, he offered us a very competitive price. They were able to start working that week.
The guys that came out to do the installation, were outstanding. They did a professional job, and it looks great! Wood floors can create quite a bit of havoc in the house, they made the process as easy as possible. They cleaned up after themselves everyday before they left for the day. We are so happy with the results and would definitely use them again! We've already strongly recommended them to our friends.
