I can see! 6/24/2010

I got lasik surgery at LasikPlus in Columbia in January, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was badly nearsighted (around -5.25, -5.5 in each eye) and I had astigmatism, and the custom wavefront guided (I think that's what it's called) lasik corrected all my vision problems--no glasses, no contacts, no more worries about losing or breaking anything! The office was very nice, located right next to Columbia mall, and the employees were professional and very kind. When I went back the day after my surgery (I drove myself there, just wore sunglasses) I had 20/15 vision. Some dryness upon waking for the first month or so, but my eyes have always been dry/allergic. So happy I got it done--and not a bad price for perfect vision (with lifetime enhancements) at around $3700. Don't be scared--you'll be so glad you got lasik! more

Did they do a good job on them? Can you see 20/20 now without pain? \r Where's the real details? Sounds like you just had a consultation (or my real thought is that LasikPlus put that there themselves) - which is useless information! more

I was very pleased with my experience at LasikPlus. The people greeting me and helping me with questions really know what they?re talking about and are very willing to help with any questions regarding the surgery, payment, or follow-up care. The doctors and technicians there are knowledgeable in their field and explained everything to me more than I thought they would. They also have very attractive rates, compared to what I expected for laser eye surgery. more
