I got lasik surgery at LasikPlus in Columbia in January, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was badly nearsighted (around -5.25, -5.5 in each eye) and I had astigmatism, and the custom wavefront guided (I think that's what it's called) lasik corrected all my vision problems--no glasses, no contacts, no more worries about losing or breaking anything! The office was very nice, located right next to Columbia mall, and the employees were professional and very kind. When I went back the day after my surgery (I drove myself there, just wore sunglasses) I had 20/15 vision. Some dryness upon waking for the first month or so, but my eyes have always been dry/allergic. So happy I got it done--and not a bad price for perfect vision (with lifetime enhancements) at around $3700. Don't be scared--you'll be so glad you got lasik!
