A Terrible Clinic 9/30/2014

We would not recommend this clinic to anyone. We took our 15 month old Jack Russell Terrier to this clinic after we noticed that she wasn't eating or drinking. She was diagnosed with Whipworms. We continued to take our little dog to this clinic for 4 continuous days. On the fourth day, at 2AM in the morning, our dog quit breathing. We rushed out little dog to an Animal Emergency Hospital but she was dead before we arrived at hospital. In the four day that we took our little dog to this clinic, only once did the doctor look at our dog and that was only on the first day when she listened to her heart and walked out of the treatment room. We spent hours at this clinic in those 4 days. What we observed was that this doctor spends most of her time sitting in the reception area rather than with her patients. She lets her technicians diagnose and treat the patients. In addition the clinic is filthy and disorganized. Do not take your animals to this clinic!!!!!!! more

They're the BEST vet I've found, and I've been to several ! 2/5/2012

"Shadow" is now almost 3 yrs old, and goes to work with me every day. I work near the clinic, and all of Dr.Nancys employees treat him like the spoiled dawg he is...100 lbs of pure friendly Lab ! He loves going to Kindness animal clinic..I'm very grateful that they're here...service is always professional and very reasonably priced... more

The best I have ever dealt with 2/5/2010

I chose Dr. Nancy when I moved here in 2003. I haven't been the least bit sorry. She has gone out of her way to help when one of my Min Pins got deathly ill. She gave her around the clock care keeping he at the Clinic. She doesn't inflate her costs to make herself rich. She honestly cares about your animals. She didn't charge for a follow up visit after I had taken my dog home fully healthy. She never tries to force unnecessary procedures or medications but only does what is necessary at a very reasonable cost. I hace recommended Dr. Nancy to many of my friends and they love her too. Kudos to Kindness Animal Clinic & Dr. Nancy. more

Never Again.... 6/24/2008

Never again will I take any of my animals to that place! The people were rude and I was accused of abusing my 13 year old dog. The place was filthy and has what looked like black mold in the exam rooms. I was very upset when I left and will never go back there again. more

Dr. Nancy is very kind 8/28/2006

I have had cats my entire life and Dr. Nancy is the best vet I have ever been to. She has kindly given me discounts when my cat was sick and I was in financial straits. She also never prescribes unnecessary medications or treatments. One of my cats gets ill from rabies and distemper vaccines and she never pushes me to get them done. My cats are strictly indoors. One cat was diagnosed with diabetes and I thought I would have to put her down. I thought it would cost too much and cause too much suffering, but Dr. Nancy and her staff really came through for me and got my kitty healthy again without a huge expense. I can't say enough about her. Her staff is also very kind, compassionate and has gone out of their way to help me. They have recently remodeled and added new exam rooms. more
