Today I was referred by my dental insurance (denti-cal) to a new dentist where I took my son to be treated. When Jenny A. Kim (the dentist) found out that my son was a denti-cal patient she made it known that she did not want to treat my son, and we were not only profiled but insulted! This woman had the audacity to say that denti-cal patients have too many problems and the insurance does not pay her enough to make it worth her while. In addition, she yelled and screamed at me. This office is extremely unprofessional to say the least, not to mention the office was filthy. Be aware!!!!
Cons: Insulting, unprofessional, abusive, and filthy!!!!
