Great!! My 2 yr old daughter and 4 year old son had their first dentist appointment last week. Dr. Haider and his staff were very kind and gentle with my kids, who were excited about their first visit. They were so very patient with them. I've been to Dr Haider's office many times over the last couple of years and yes he does stay busy! He sees the children that most other dentists can't handle.I feel that he is a very compentent doctor and does care about his patients.I will continue to go there. more

Good Dentist.  He did my oldest's braces and some work on my youngest.  But, be prepared for an hour wait EVERY time you go there. more

My daughter recently fell and pushed her front teeth into her gums. Dr. Syed Haider was the only dentist that called me back. His emergency phone number is his cell phone and not a answering machine. He made sure I was not panicking and guided me on what to do, he even came to see her in the hospital emergency room and took care of her. I dont know of any other dentist who will come and see you in the emegency room. He is very dedicated and we love him!!! more

I normally dont write reviews on peoples websites but this one deserves a recommendation. I am a physician at Presbyterian Hospital and my daughter was having this painful toothache. She couldnt even close her mouth or talk. I took her to 3 different pediatric dentist in the next three days. They all told me that the toothache was not from a cavity but her new molars are coming in causing her this severe toothache. Dr. Haider was the 4Th dentist and I was referred to him by one of my cardiologist friend. He immediately diagnosed the problem as Severe Eamel Hypoplasia a condition in which the childs molars dont have a enamel and the the nerve is exposed causing this pain. My child was treated in the next few days and we are so blessed to have found this great dentist. I am sold out to him and I can only wish he also saw adults like me. I took my son there because he had issues and I wanted to him to go to a pediatric dentist. But the last couple of times we went there, Dr. Haider has changed. He is rude and arrogant. He actually told me if my son gets cavaties in his permanent teeth he is doomed. I might as well get him dentures. Really? Then he yells at your kids in that back room. I can hear him...Stop! The hygenist told me not to let Dr. Haider see me mother my son too much...PSH! No one tells me not to mother my kids...I'm a mom...It's what I do. I am sure the hygenist didn't really clean his teeth. Dr. Haider showed me food or dirt or whatever from the back of my son's tooth. His point was that his hygenist just professionally cleaned his teeth. Obviously not if you can scrape stuff off it. He yelled and this poor little five year old little boy. My ten year old son said, he was just scared because he knew it is going to hurt. Sharp metal instruments hurt when they are rub really hard against your gums. He needs not to work with kids. Wow I was at Dr Haiders last week he sure does see a lot of children. I found his staff to be very kind and caring. They were so patient with all the children. My children have been going to Dr. Haider ever since he opened his practice 5 years ago. His practice has really grown and he has definately out grown his current facility. My three girls have been his patients for the longest time and I find Dr. Haider very caring, professional and full of humor. My girls love him and his chairside manners. My oldest daughter had a dental surgery at childrens hospital which was a wonderful experience due to Dr. Haider and his staff. \r On our recent 6 month check up in August Dr. Haider told me that he has bought a new building which is double the size of his current facility and he plans to open a larger office in few months.\r I highly recommend Dr. Haider as he is very good and that is why he is so busy. I'd rather take my children to somebody who has alot of experience than somebody who only sees a few patinets a day. After all practice makes perfect !!!\r more

I recently moved to this area. I have two young kids. Dr Haider and his staff were very friendly. The hygienest was very nice. She showed girls how to brush and floss. Our first visit was very positive. I was surprised to see negative about this office. I recommend every one to visit this office. Pros: Great office for kids Cons: need bigger waiting area more

This office is horribly inefficient and disrespectful of your time. Do not go unless you want to wait at least 2 hours every time you go. It took them 2 hours to determine that my child needed a crown. The next visit, it took them 2.5 hours to even start working on my child!!! The procedure only took 20 minutes! Halfway through that waiting time they came out looking for my child when he was already in the back area They lost track of my child. The truth is they overschedule horribly and expect you to just accept it and wait your turn like you have nothing better in the world to do. This happens every check-up too. It takes forever! This last incident was the last straw and we will not be back. Don't know why it took me so long. Pros: Fun environment for kids Cons: Apathetic staff, overschedule daily, long wait times more

This dentist is not good for young children~your child will be bribed with ""rewards"" and when they cry they say ""let us finish then you get your toys and stickers"" then when they were done they told my child ""no prize for you, you didn't do a good job"" They completely destroy childrens self-esteem. Do NOT use this dentist. Pros: nice play area more
