My daughter has had some dental work done today the staff was very welcoming and everybody made me feel very calm and assuring about her procedure. They were very quick and nice about the whole thing. To be honest I went in kind of nervous, but they ran everything very smoothly. more

Said 5 yr old had 4 cavities. 2nd opinion said ZERO! Run from this crook! Am I being harsh? Not if you like being lied to. Recommended valium (diazepam) and said my insurance company ok'd procedure. We have made our daughter brush twice a day and totally shocked and disappointed with diagnosis. I'm outraged and relieved. Spread the word to your friends and family to be aware! more

My son is really scared of dentist due to his past experience with another pediatric dentist in Richardson. There he had his tooth pulled without any sedation and now he is really nervous. I found Dr. Haider by searching on Google and finding a pediatric dentist with most positive reviews. My son had a procedure with Dr Haider in his office with a pill and laughing gas while I held his hand. This office had no problems letting me go back. My son is now not scared of dentist -----THANK YOU DR HAIDER for giving him a positive dental experience. I was surprised that even the shot don't hurt “Sam”, Thanks Danielle for explaining every thing to me YOU ALL ARE THE BEST. keep up the good work. more

My experience with this office has been just the opposite. I know my child is very scared and he would not sit for any dental procedure. Dr Haider's office did offer my child deep sedation but I decided to do this procedure with laughing gas only knowing that if I hold his hand and stay in the room with him he will be fine. Yes ""Sam"" cried for the shot but after that he kept watching TV in the ceiling and did great. Dr was fast and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I dont have any insurance and kidz and teen dental was the only place that gave me discount and my visit was excellent. more

The office is very unfriendly. The 1st procedure was done under general anesthesia but on the second procedure it was a total shock. They did a procedure on my 4 year old. She was screaming and crying and they would not let me hold her or even be in the room with her. Dr.Haider was mean to her and i was horrified and didn't take her back. I keep getting bills from them and call them to figure it out. They never call back and keep sending mroe bills with more interest. I try to speak to the doc and he was practically shouting at me, very unprofessional. He refuse to listen to me and was yelling. So overall, bad, staff, unreasonable bills, and horrific service for the child and parent. I would consider other options. more

the worst kids dentist in town. His ortho experience and materials are very cheap and they over charge. They over bill Medicaid and torched those poor kids that don't have a choice and have to go there because there aren't many other people that except Medicaid. This is a high targeting practice for Hispanics I am Hispanic and they have ruined my child's life and I hope my people go somewhere else with me more

comfort, love and caring....Dr. Haider makes this a good comfortable feeling when I go see him. Any questions I had I was informed in detail and I appreciate that. Refer all my family and Friends!!! more

I am a mother of five-year-old Autistic daughter. My daughter love going to Dr Haider. She gets very excited about her dental visit. His staff is very loving and friendly. I highly recommend him to any parents who have special need or healthy children. more

My experience with Kidz & Teen Dental is a nightmare. I canceled all the appointment with them. Please don't go them. Never! They charge financial charges at will without sending bill statement. My insurrance company sent them the bill early but when I called them they said they were short staff and had no time to handle. \r \r Please be aware the office manager, Cole. He thinks everything he did is correct and didn't even listen. I never experienced such bad service in my lifetime.\r \r Never go there!! more

I would put negative stars if i could! We started going to Dr. Haider several years ago and i just thought that he was the greatest! In the last 2 years or so though it has been REALLY BAD and we stopped going there. We have since moved to a different dentist and Dr. Haiders office refuses to send the records to the new dentist. They say they don't have the records. ??? I have had to train myself to believe the new dentist when he says there is nothing wrong with my kids teeth because when going to Dr. Haider ""there was always hundreds of dollars worth of things wrong with each one of my childrens teeth."" He pulled one of my son's adult molars and left the baby tooth that he was supposed to pull. Now we have no choice but to have work done around that because it was an ADULT TOOTH!! He billed for all kinds of things that my children never had done (to my knowledge) He billed for braces when my we never had braces put on. He tried to max out the ortho insurances and one of our ins. companies never paid because they said that his office would send them hand written letters without the dental codes for the EOB. My son and youngest daughter started having alot of pain the last few times we went (which used to never happen) and when i asked him why they were hurting he told me they were ""drama"" infront of them! I actually witnessed Dr. Haider drill on a little girl's tooth without numbing it and when she started crying and squirming he told her he ""was going to give her a shot if she didn't stay still!"" To me this explained why my children were so scared and hurting! It all (billing, hurting ect.)clicked, needless to say we dont go there anymore. Several of his own office staff won't even take their own kids to him for treatment! When I tried to go back and trace back to what happened (I used to be happy with him) It was when his wife became the office manager....... I also noticed that alot of his long time office staff left at this time too. I am not a person who loves to bash people but this man and his office manager (now, not the old one) are greedy, mean and unprofessional! Please beware! If you have had problems with him i encourage you to go back through your EOB's look and see what he billed for and if there is other stuff that didnt actually get done you should file an investigation with your dental ins. and report him to the ADA because he is a wracket and he is making LOTS of money off of people and medicaide and ins. companies! But most importantly he is making our children hurt and scared and it is our job as parents we need to protect our children and other children from this! more

Dr. Haider and his staff are really nice. They navigated and helped my toddler go through a very difficult procedure in a fun and loving environment. The balloons at the end made his day. Just wanted to say thanks to Dr. Haider and his staff, special thanks to Danielle and Nicole. You guys are the best. more

He is simply the best Pediatric Dentist in Town. Always available and my kids just love him. He has incredible staff specially his treatment room assistants. more

I've been to Dr Haider's office many times over the last couple of years and yes he does stay busy! He sees the children that most other dentists can't handle.I feel that he is a very compentent doctor and does care about his patients.I will continue to go there. more

My children have been going to Dr. Haider ever since he opened his practice 5 years ago. His practice has really grown and he has definately out grown his current facility. My three girls have been his patients for the longest time and I find Dr. Haider very caring, professional and full of humor. My girls love him and his chairside manners. My oldest daughter had a dental surgery at childrens hospital which was a wonderful experience due to Dr. Haider and his staff. On our recent 6 month check up in August Dr. Haider told me that he has bought a new building which is double the size of his current facility and he plans to open a larger office in few months. I highly recommend Dr. Haider as he is very good and that is why he is so busy. I'd rather take my children to somebody who has alot of experience than somebody who only sees a few patinets a day. After all practice makes perfect !!! more
