When I received my last minute email saying that I could get 20% off when making a last minute appointment, I was sold! I called and made my appointment with one of the hair stylists. However, there had been a mix up with my appointment, and it was scheduled for the wrong day. The woman at the counter was still able to squeeze me in with Maria. Maria was amazing! I am a horrible "patient". I usually hate getting my hair cut, but Maria, was nice, calm and understanding. She talked me through the whole appointment and explained what she was doing the whole time. She also asked questions about how I style my hair, and if I had any questions or concerns about it. My hair is very thick, and this was the first time that I have ever had anyone ask or voice that they could thin my hair. It is always wonderful when you can recreate your hair style after you leave the salon as well, and that is what Maria did for me!
