Cinnamon was AMAZING 12/30/2011

I enjoyed the special attention by Cinnamon and the staff. I was obviously worn out from the Holiday stress but the scalp massage and Chakra balancing was much needed and appreciated. more

Wonderful Experience at the Karen Allen Salon & Spa 12/21/2011

The Karen Allen Salon & Spa in Riverside is a joyful experience. The staff is outstanding in regards to making you feel cared for and they respect and listen to your needs for hairstyling, manicures, pedicures, massages, facials... they have it all. I have been a customer at the salon for about 8 years. I love my hairstylist " Kijani Ball". She is very experienced and all her clients are extremely satisfied. My hair has never looked better. If you are searching for a relaxing, pampering salon, you will have come to the right place. I look forward to every visit with them. more

Love Karen Allen. My one criticism would be that the waiting area isn't very comfortable. That backless bench is pretty uncomfortable for more than a couple of minutes. more

I have always been pleased with the salon, I have been going there for years, over 8 I am sure. They are always kind, courteous, and most of all they do great hair. They are always up to date on the latest fashions and continue their education. It's a great place and I can recommend it to anyone. more

Love my time there...as it is very relaxing with the calming hot tea and hand massages while waiting for the hair treatment. Kajani works her color magic, thank-God so I need to keep up those hair miracles! ;-) Also, I enjoy all the staff there and the pleasant front desk people as well. The comp make-up is also cool. I think the side perks, as well as the great colorists are the reasons why I so enjoy my time at KASS and keep returning. I love candles and so it is even super relaxing to go to the bathroom at KASS with the pleasant aromas and dim lights. I used to get the meaningful sprays to inhale, which I also enjoyed while having my hair treatment with massage. Thank-you for making customer care and ambience your forte! more
